Terms and Conditions

• All parts that are are fitted/quoted additionally to the service are charged separately.

• The customer acknowledges that the estimate may vary once Bike Barn Cycleworks begins the actual repair or maintenance work and identifies additional issues or requirements. Bike Barn Cycleworks will only proceed once your express permission has been given.

• A deposit or full payment in advance for certain services or for the purchase of specific parts may be required.

​

• Full payment of the invoice provided should be paid on the bike collection before leaving the premises. Bank transfer is the only payment accepted.

​

• Customers should acknowledge that they are the legal owner or have the necessary authorisation for the work to be carried out on the bike.

​

• The customer agrees to collect the bike promptly upon completion of the services, late collection may result in storage charges.

​

• The customer agrees that Bike Barn Cycleworks is held harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the bike after the service.

​

• If Bike Barn Cycleworks considers your bicycle unsafe to ride, and do not have your permission to rectify it, we will require a waiver document to be signed prior to releasing your bike.

​

• Bike Barn Cycleworks has the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
