WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Bike Barn Cycleworks accepts only bank transfer for payment of products and services with the use of an invoicing system. 

WHERE ARE REPLACEMENT PARTS SOURCED?

All parts sourced and used at Bike Barn Cycleworks are carfully selected from parts distributors to provide the best value and quality to be fitted to your bicycle. 

HOW LONG DOES THE REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

Repair services and service plans can take between 2 to 5 days depending on the parts ordered and extent of the work carried out. Bike Barn Cycleworks aims to provide efficent turn arounds to get customers back on there bikes soon. 

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS, IF I CAN NOT TRANSPORT MY BIKE?

Bike transport can be difficult with E-bikes being heavy and hard to lift in and out of cars. Bike Barn Cycleworks does not want this to stop customers from using our services therefore a collection and drop-off service is offered at a competitive rate, this is calculated on a price per mile basis and can be discussed further with Bike Barn Cycleworks.

IS BIKE BARN CYCLEWORKS A SUSTAINABLE WORKSHOP?

Here at Bike Barn Cycleworks sustainability and environmental protection is key to the ethos, this is why all our cleaning products used within the workshop are biodegradable and non toxic. Parts used for bicycle repairs are ethically sourced and old parts are recycled. 

IS THERE SPACE TO PARK TO ALLOW BIKE UNLOADING/LOADING?

Bike Barn Cycleworks offers a small car park, allowing customers to easily, hassle free, unload and load bikes.
